[kronolith] Unable to find stream pointer in

Hmmm, I checked for the include path. the only place I have mentioned the
include path for the pear (/usr/local/lib/php) is in the php.ini file as
include_path = "/usr/local/lib/php". I guess that global for all horde apps.

I even restarted apache, but no luck.
Any other clue?
