Trashcan/Delete in day/month/week view

The Delete icon for events in the month/week/day view of Kronolith are a bit 
dangerous, as it is not clear that you click on the event title to go to the 
event, and not clear that clicking on the delete icon will delete the evewnt 
with no further warning.

Might be better to have something like

TITLE <SPACE> ( View / Delete)

In the meantime I have simply commented out the delete code altogether, as 
going into view allows one to delete the event easily enough.
