Feature request (show certain hours)

Hi everyone. Just signed up for list and couldn't find this topic
covered in archives. I was wondering if anyone has a patch to enable a
user preference changing the hours displayed in day/week view mode. I'd
like to be able to view just 8am to 8pm but I'd rather have that be a
user changable setting.
