[kronolith] Connecting to Kronolith

I ran postgresql interactively so that it shows all information out to the
screen. It seems as tho its not even trying to connect to the database.
I also wanted to tell you that I am running kronolith0.0.3 with the
horde/imp/turba projects.
I'm not sure what version of Horde its running. But it was the HEAD version
at one time. I got it from the CVS site back in August or September of last
year.
