Uninitialized string offset 0

When I go into the addressbook options in IMP i get this error

Warning: Uninitialized string offset: 0 
in /home/httpd/html/horde/imp/templates/prefs/sourceselect.inc on line 61


the mailing list said it as fixed in the turba cvs so I update my turba, but 
the error is still there.  How do I fix it?

Also,  I edited my imp and turba so the Addressbook is in the compose window .  
This is on the latest cvs which the patches don't work on.  If anyone is 
interested in making a .diff file I would be happy to send them the files I 
modified.  I used to code from the known patches and a few lines of my own to 
get it to work.
