[kronolith] Fwd: Installing kronolith-0.0.3

Hi Neil:
I entered this code and still can't see the calendar
on the Horde menu bar.  Is there anything else I may
be missing?  I have mcal and mstore setup and working
fine.  Are there any handlers required for this app?
