[kronolith] Calendar Printing

I'm trying the latest RC's of everything here on my dev system at home and was
thinking...when I go to print the schedule item, the notes field is truncated,
and sometimes the ddlb's for dates and such are printed weirdly.  Now I do use
Mozilla, so that may be my issue with the ddlb's, but for the textarea, that
should be happening to everyone.

Would a "Print This Meeting" be helpful?  I like to sometimes print them out for
reference (specifically a list of people whom I will be interviewing with at a
company...for example).

Just a thought for the todo! :)
