[kronolith] 'all day' events show up on monthly, but not weekly or daily

Not yet, but I just got Oracle installed on my laptop and, when I have a 
chance to catch up with your messages, will see what I can do to get things 
fully working.

You might want to try 1.1 or HEAD; not sure how much has changed recently 
in the SQL driver, to be honest, but my work will initially be in HEAD.
