[kronolith] Kronolith 1.0 - horde messages do not show

I created an semi-nasty hack to force messages on users ("we're going down in 5 
minutes, please go away") with Horde::raiseMessage if a certain file exists, 
but Kronolith doesn't show them - there isn't any code for that at all 
(status.php in horde, turba and imp).

An easy one-line fix is to include ../status.php in kronolith's status.php. A 
proper fix would probably be just to copypaste the code...

Oh, and I'm using (almost) stock Horde 2.1, Imp 3.1, Turba 1.1 and Kronolith 
1.0 tarballs.
