[kronolith] Kronolith Print Button....

It's just been pointed out the me that we don't have a print function in
Kronolith.... but we don't have a nav bar on kronolith like we do in the others
apps... 

where do were want the print link to go?
1) A print button on the application menu bar at the top
2) To the left or right of the date in the header
3) Add a nav bar and put it on that
4) Some better idea that i haven't though of yet.
