[kronolith] iCal

Hi. From browsing the archives I noticed someone was querying about how 
iCal/WebDAV worked, and now that Apple's iCal is out...

You can definitely publish to your own WebDAV server. This works 
seamlessly. I noticed that the latest Kronolith mentioned iCalendar 
support, so I've installed the CVS versions of 
horde/imp/turba/kronolith (I've got the stable versions running in 
production here. lovely. nice work everyone...)

Kronolith seems to happily import .ics files from iCal. Seamless 
again...

I just had a feature request that would be nice if the developers 
happen to have time. If you could enter the webdav http URL that the 
calendar is published to from iCal rather than having to save the file 
to your hard disk and then import it, that would be incredibly useful. 
If this isn't planned by anyone, then I can have a go at doing it 
myself.
