[kronolith] undefined function: ctype_upper()

If your trying so say what does the test.php say you can see for yourself 
www.vafishfreek.com/horde/test.php

I have no idea how to get a new verion of PEAR as the version that I find 
on horde.org is the version I have installed and I can not find the 
download on the pear.php.org site.

Also, not gonna upgrade PHP for a while so if thats what the error is due 
to then I guess Im gonna have to live with the release version's of horde 
and its apps.
