[kronolith] undefined function: ctype_upper()

[Aaron aka va_fish_freek]

Since I cant find any sort of documentation in the CVS as to how to enable 
Ctype support am I to assume that Ctype support is something that comes 
with PHP v 4.2.X vs 4.1.X.  If not then how do I enable it?
