Are you by any chance running phpaccelerator? I have a theory that it's causing
this, but haven't tested it (I think it's caching the file that gets included,
so the new php file that gets called is recompiled, but maybe the new file that
gets "included" is not being recompiled). Keep in mind this is just an untested
theory; does it make sense to anybody?
