[kronolith] Error 404 when creating calendars

I'm using the CVS version of kronolith, when creating a new calendar from 
Options, Calendars, Edit your Calendars, Create, I'm getting an Error 404 page.
In the error log:
[Wed Dec  4 09:05:56 2002] [error] [client 192.168.1.56] File does not 
exist: /var/apache/htdocs/horde1/kronolith/shares/prefs.php

and in fact there are no files in that directory.  Do I have a setup problem?
