[kronolith] Free Busy

Freebusy status is available via a url like this:
http://server/horde/kronolith/fb.php?c=calendarname

eg mine is:
http://webmail.graftonhall.co.nz/horde/kronolith/fb.php?c=mike@graftonhall.co.nz

You must give guests view acceess to your calendar for this to work.
