[kronolith] RELENG: weird dates when adding new events

When adding a new event there is a few oddities with dates:
- start date is off by one weekday, this is because the default year for
the event is 2002.
- The recurrance end date is by default 2004.

Tested with PHP versions 4.2.3 and 4.3.0
