[kronolith] Pear: HTML_Common/HTML_Select -> HTML_Select_Common

In case anyone had difficulty installing Kronolith recently, on January 18 the
package HTML_Select changed its package name to HTML_Select_Common. This name
change caused HTML_Select to not be detected. The temporary fix is to copy
Select.php to your_php_directory/HTML/Select.php. Is there a place I should
report this bug to?
