I changed the field names to match what Kronolith is expecting (ie title, category, location), added alarm information and a description.  My guess was that the fields weren't mapped right or when it asks to confirm MM/DD/YYYY instead of DD/MM/YYYY the latter was selected which would throw all kinds of stuff up.  Suggest comparing my attachment with the original downloadable one from yesterday that someone posted.
