[kronolith] CVS HEAD & hasRecurType

I did a CVS update couple minutes ago and I'm getting the following error:

[error] PHP Fatal error:  Call to undefined function:  hasrecurtype() in
/usr/local/apache/htdocs/mail/horde/kronolith/lib/Kronolith.php on line 240

However I see the hasRecurType function in Event.php which is included at the
top.   I redid all the config files by hand so its not a case of a misconfigured
config file (I hope).  Any ideas why I might be seeing this?
