[kronolith] recurring events without an end date

These values never go through PHP's date functions. There was a bug
regarding this in an earlier version of Kronolith, but it isn't present
currently in either HEAD or RELENG.

The system at http://whups.horde.org/ has Kronolith and will hopefully
replace bugs.horde.org sooner rather than later.
