[kronolith] bad popup window URL

Hi all,

There's an error in a generated URL (& instead of &) for the pop-up window 
when clicking the "Members List" button on the Calendars edit page, after 
setting a calendar as shared.  I don't understand the code well enough to 
make the change, but I think it's an error in the code generated by 
templates/calendars/javascript.inc.

Thanks for any help on this.  I'm using horde cvs (updated today using cvs 
update -dP), php 4.2.3, pear 1.01
