[kronolith] Fatal error: Undefined class name 'nls'

Ok... Ive got latest CVS (10.March.2003) for both horde and kronolith
running.. 

Horde is set for imp authentication.

I can log into horde using my pop3 username / pw no problems, and imp
works fine. 
Then click on calendar, and I get :

Fatal error: Undefined class name 'nls' in
/var/www/horde/kronolith/lib/base.php on line 61
 
(line 60 and 61 are :)

// Set the timezone variable, if available.
NLS::setTimeZone();


I thought that perhaps the NLS::setTimeZone(); was a PEAR module, so I
tried to install it from PEAR.. No such package.. 

Any ideas ?
