[kronolith] No category, RELENG_1

Hi,

I find a little bug in kronolith RELENG_1 with the category.  The list
box for the category in the "add events" screen is empty when in the
conf.php file the type of category is:
$conf['metadata']['category']['type'] = 'systemList';

Here is the diff for correcting the problem.
