[kronolith] Undefined Index: driver...

I've been setting up Kronolith (once again) and have encountered the
following error:

/var/www/html/horde-2.2.1/kronolith-1.0/lib/base.php on line 72

Warning: Failed opening

And in the log file I see:
Apr 07 23:03:28 HORDE [emergency] [kronolith] Unable to load the
definition of Kronolith_Driver_. [on line 73 of
"/var/www/html/horde-2.2.1/kronolith-1.0/lib/Driver.php"]


I was getting a different error with Kronolith 1.0 so I grabbed releng_1
from CVS after reading what that problem was and then got this error. I
decided that I'd try 1.1 RC3 to see if that would fix this new error but
I get exactly the same thing.

I'm obviously running Horde 2.2.1 but I didn't yet change the dir name
for Kronolith, so I am really running 1.1 RC3. I'm also successfully
running IMP and Turba so I know my MySQL back-end is functioning
properly.

Any thoughts?
