[kronolith] error

I am getting this error when I click the Horde link after logging in.

"Fatal error: Call to undefined function: iswarning() 
in /opt/badgerracing/html/horde/kronolith/lib/Driver/sql.php on line 64"

I configured it to use SQL.

Redhat 9
PHP ver. 4.2.2
MySQL ver. 3.23.54
Apache ver. 2.0.40
Most Recent Horde and apps.
