[kronolith] default calendar

I just got the CVS version of horde/imp/kronolith running again.  Everything
looks fine, no errors--except when I try to add an event.  "There was an error
accessing the calendar: nmollring at cennecs.org not found"  I'm guessing that is
my "My Calendar"--the default one.  It doesn't exist.  If I try to create it,
it says it's created but it doesn't create a calendar.  What am I missing?
