No RedHat RPM maybe.  For RedHat 8/9 on i686 you can try my RPMS (see
https://mail.ph.utexas.edu/patches/) or for earlier RedHat versions you
can use Arvin's at http://rpms.arvin.dk/

I'd use both.  See the horde/docs/INSTALL for info, but change the
word "recommended" to "required" I guess.
