[kronolith] Calendar Group Permissions

When modifying a Shared Calendar Permissions, there is something wrong with
displaying Group permissions.  What happens is, you add "SomeGroup" to the
calendar with Show/Read priveleges, save the Permissions, go back into the
permissions and the group disappears from the drop-down box, nor is listed
above with given permissions.

Individual users, guests and owner save and display correctly.  I know Chuck
modified the Groups.php due to a typeo, but I just CVS'd a couple mins ago to
no avail.
