Hmm...Maybe it's a printer driver issue. I've tried printing a month calendar to
an HP LaserJet 4200 (b&w laserjet), an HP DeskJet 2500C (color inkjet), and an
HP LaserJet 2500 (color laserjet). On every printout, there are no grid lines
separating the days. Also, on the two color printouts (and the black & white,
as shades of gray), the event text is surrounded by a border that is the color
of the assigned category, but the actual text background is white. The blocks
in the legend also display as white blocks with a thin surrounding border that
is the color of the corresponding category, not a filled block.
