[kronolith] Change a config view ???

1 ) I want to see my day by step of  15 minutes. is it possible ?

I think that is not possible but i want to add the start hour and the end
hour in the comment when a event is added ..
2 ) I need to have the name of the file and the function to modify ....

3) In the same idear , how to configure Kronolith to have in the eventadd
view ,the end hour=start hour + 15 min (not like now --> end hour=start hour
+ 1 hour) ?
