We want to use horde as a groupware to replace exchange.
We have selected horde among other open-source groupware: phpgroupware, obm, mioga
We have put horde in test here with real users
Everything was smooth apart from the multi_calendar feature that was criticized
by our users :
* As the width was changing with the content of the title they found as well
that it was uneasy to associate an event to a calendar visually.
* Our latest problem was that we need to manage at least 10 calendars
and the view was too large for a 17" screen.

We do not put the title in the event plus we have made some changes to the
display
to have a small fixed width for each event on the screen
The end user can have details on an event when he put his mouse
on the event because a javascipt window open with usefull details
of the event (title,location,description)

The color of an event is in fact calendar based
The color of the border of that event is category based
