thank you.  I also found one other thing.  The script I got from head 
for some reason did not set up permissions properly and I was able to 
correct that using webmin.  It looks like it's working.  I can create 
events both single and repeating.  I will try out more features and make 
sure everything is okay but it looks like it's working.  I truly 
appreciate the assistance.

A question on presentation.  When I set up a repeating event I get only 
one instance showing with little circling arrows.  I would have thought 
that the event would have been shown on all weeks until the termination 
time.  Does it only show up on the next week after the event has passed?
