[kronolith] logging into kronolith

When I go to http://server.com/horde/kronolith, it
redirects me to
http://server.com/horde/imp/login.php?url=http%3A%2F%2Fserver.com%2Fhorde%2F%252Fhorde%252Fkronolith%252Findex.php
to login, which is fine. But, notice the refering URL,
http%3A%2F%2Fserver.com%2Fhorde%2F%252Fhorde%252Fkronolith%252Findex.php,
which translates to
http://server.com/horde//horde/kronolith/index.php. Is
this a configuration mistake? First off, my web
server, apache, doesn't recognize the %252F as /, and
secondly, the // and /horde//horde is wrong. Has
anyone esle seen this, and if so, how can I fix it?
