[kronolith] import dba files into kronolith

Hello,

I was looking through the change log for Kronolith and saw:
[cjh] Palm DateBook (PDB) import support.

However, I can't seem to find anywhere on the Calendar  to import a palm databook.  In the palm desktop program, it is possible to export the database as a .dba file.  Is this the intention of this change, to import a .dba file into kronolith?
