[kronolith] Already Exists DB Error

I just updated my source yesterday, and again today, and ran into a 
problem with
adding events.  Whenever I try to add an event for anything, I always get
"There was an error adding the event: DB Error: already exists" from
addeventaction.php

Not sure why this is happening and I haven't changed any configuration files
except updated configurations that needed to be in Admin -> Configure.

Any ideas?
