[kronolith] Multiple / shared calendars

I just upgraded kronolith from CVS today (3/11) and for some reason I 
cannot create multiple calendars. On the "Options->Multiple 
Calendars->Manage your calendars" page, the select box for "Your 
Calendars" has no calendars in it. When I create a calendar, it says 
"*The calendar "test" has been saved.*" (i get no errors).  But still, 
under "your calendars" there is nothing.

My previous kronolith.sql version was v 1.12.  Any ideas what's 
happening here?
