[kronolith] Problem with event notification (HEAD)

Regarding HEAD:

When you have 'from_addr' locked (and empty) in your preferences, you get the
following horde error when saving an event:

You don't have an email address configured in your preferences. You must set one
before sending event notifications.

Unlocking 'from_addr' and setting an emailaddress solves this issue, but if you
don't want your users to change their from_address, you get this problem.
