[kronolith] kronolith notifications

What all do I need to do to get Kronolith notifications to work? I read
somewhere that it is possible to have kronolith send an email to the user as a
reminder, but so far I have been unable to get this feature to work. I have
however been successful with the rest of the kronolith install. Any information
that you can give me on getting the notifications to work would be greatly
appreciated.

I am running Kronolith: 2.0-cvs
