[kronolith] Calendar Printing - doesn't look right using mozilla

1. Extra question marks *never* help.

2. It's Firefox. In IE, you can turn on the "print background colors" option.
Moz doesn't have anything similar to my knowledge, but if it does, that's what
it'd be called.
