[kronolith] MS SQL server database.

Hi,

     I want to use MS SQL server Database instead of using MYSQL server
for Kronolith, Turba, and Vacation, I want to confirm that Horde support
MS SQL database and also if some one have the Horde database and tables
creation scripts for MSSQL server please forward to me.
