I'm not sure about the FB URL, however I think I know why you're not seeing
any free/busy info.

When I was developing the attendee functionality the free/busy display was
working properly, however that was because I was developing the functionality
using the 'kolab' driver, in which I manually create & upload the free/busy
list when saving/modifying/deleting events. As far as I know, the SQL/MCAL
drivers do not do the same, so that's probably why you aren't seeing the
free/busy times - there is no free/busy list to show in the first place.

This code should be moved out of the kolab driver and into Kronolith itself;
it doesn't belong in the calendar driver, as that's what the free/busy
storage driver is for (i.e. the calendar and free/busy storage systems should
be separate). It's basically in the wrong place as it stands in the kolab
driver. I'll try and work on this next week to fix it up, unless one of the
other devs beat me to it.

Cheers,
