A question, and depending on the answer, a suggestion ;)

Scenario:

Eight users, two groups.

Each have their personal calendar, and then they share some general
calendars.

Now these users want to have a "global" calendar where a work schedule is
stored.

They don't want this calendar to be included in their calendar view unless
they specifically select the "Schedule Calendar"; users from Group A should
only see entries made by other users in Group A, users from Group B should
only see entries made by other users in Group B.

Is this possible?
