[kronolith] email reminder (again...)

Thanks for the hint. I had Mail/RFC822.php, but I didn't have pear
package Mail. Strange, I don't know where the RFC822.php came from.

I now installed package Mail 1.3.3.

But now I don't get any mails from the reminder, I don't get any entries
in horde_log and no message on stdout/stderr.

I will try to find out more... Somehow...
