[kronolith] Import a csv file

Hello.

I use a CVS version of kronolith and horde.
I try to import my Outlook calendar into Horde via a csv file.
It's work fine but there is a problem with the accents characters (like
é or à...).


Here is a part of my csv file for example:

The title's event look like  : D?rt mer

How can I solve this problem ?
