[kronolith] Week number display

Using a fairly recent HEAD (20040902 I think), I can't but to notice that the
WEEK NUMBER is not displayed in any of the weekly views. It seems a bit odd
to me that the week number is not shown at least in a weekly view (and I
think it should be displayed in daily views too).

The only place I've been able to find the week number is in the month view.
