[kronolith] calendar_id is a md5 hash?

Hello,

My Calendaring seems to be working fine, but just wanted to make sure that the
calendar_id entries are supposed to be md5 hashes.  I ask this because I
noticed the table is defined as a varchar(255) and viewing the datatree under
Administration for kronolith I see the two hashes used for my calendar_ids and
then user names for other users of the system, except my user name is missing.
