[kronolith] Create a calendar error

I'm having problems with the configuration of the latest cvs release of
Kronolith. When I try to create a calendar (by going to Options >> Shared
Calendars >> Edit my calendars) I type in 'test' and 'test' but I keep
getting :
 
 DB Error: no such table 
 
I have the configuration as SQL with the 'Horde Defaults' option selected
and the table 'kronolith_events' - here is my database
