[kronolith] Free Busy and SSL

Hello,

Using CVS versions updated this afternoon.

Free/Busy information does not display in attendeesview.php if the Free Busy
URL for a contact is on a secure site.

https://www.domain.com/horde/kronolith/fb.php?c=user@domain.com Yields "No
Information". While

http://www.domain.com/horde/kronolith/fb.php?c=user@domain.com Yields valid
free busy info.
