[kronolith] Switchin Free Busy Views Results on 404 - Page Not Found

Hello,

Just did a CVS a few minutes ago. I took extra care to update new *.dist files
and install the framework after the update. I'm getting a page not found when
switching free busy views. The URL location is:

https://www.creativebusinessystems.com/portal/kronolith/javascript:switchView('workweek');%20return%20false;

Web Logs say:
